Hi,
Saw this recently and one of HGTV  (I want that).

Paint additives that help insulate your house from the elements.

Anyway i had bought this product a few years a go and used it to paint the garage (initially only the door and later the rest of the garage) and it definetly made a big difference for us. Not sure how it translates to energy savings but the garage is much cooler. I can actually do some work there when I get home (Currently it has been in the high 90's before I put this stuff on the heat was unbearable in the garage )

Sherwin Williams sells it's own brand of pre mixed paint (not sure if this stuff can be used decorative)

I always meant to go back and pain the inside of the attic with this stuff but never did it.

We put that stuff in the attic, and it did absolutely nothing for temperatures or energy costs.  Was a complete waste of time and money.
