I've been keeping up with ALL the GC2 threads, but I freely admit I don't understand every bit of the discussion

regarding question 4:

 I'm not sure on smogs opinion, but I think the driver ( or more arguably - the connection methods) are far from perfect for the masses. although I will admit it works fine for me & smog. That is where we are stuck. Smog cannot fix the problems that most people are having as he cannot replicate any bugs, thus cannot fix them


Everything is still in development stages. The driver has nearly reached maturity, it just need a few things adding (built in flash). which I think zero point & smog are working on???

Hopefully smog will open source the driver soon. Fingers crossed



BTW Intruder:

Andy says that the jpac connection method works flawless for him. Maybe its time to add it to your page?

So how do you connect Th G-Con2 gun up to a PC using J-PAC, ArcadeVGA card, and a Arcade Monitor? Im guessing the USB cable from the G-Con2 plugs into athe USB on the PC, but what about the Yellow video cable thats surpposed to plug into the TV, where does that go inisde the cab?
