Hey guys, I was looking to buy a Happ reunion ball top stick and bought this from Mikes Arcade.
http://mikesarcade.com/cgi-bin/store.pl?sku=JOYRBMS4W
Although it didn't say it was a Happs reunion, I just assumed that it was as the specs and picture looked identical. It arrived yesterday and looks like a happs but it says "IL" on the base. The ball knob looks a little cheap to me, but I've never seen a Happs reunion stick other than in pictures. Is this the same thing? If it is, do you know of a ball knob replacement that is threaded for a Happs reunion shaft? Please help.

You should be cool.

How about the knob. Do the happs reunions look sort of cheesy? Are there replacemement knobs?

How about the knob.

The words 'Lorenzo Lamas' and 'knob' should never appear in the same thread.

What about this one?

This one says that the ball top is 1 3/8" Isn't that the measurements of the original. This one also looks like it has a happs mounting base. It's really expensive but I'm trying to find a ball top (for metal control panel) that looks as close to the original pacman joystick as possible.

That looks like a Reunion stick to me. GGG's Versa-Ball replacement shafts can be had with a textured, red ball that's pretty much the right size. But if you really need it to look exactly thesame, just get an original Pac stick off ebay. They come up pretty often.

The guy on that site made a mistake, I emailed him and he is/ has changed it. Do the versaballs work for metal panels?
