Title: What is the full story w/ ULTRACADE?

I've been absent for a few months. After perusing for a few minutes, I see a few, "ULTRA-CRAP" and "Screw Ultracade" posts.

Looks like they tried to trademark the word MAME. (Can I trademark the word Kleenex?)

Is there a link to a story describing wtf is going on?

Dave Foley tried to get nasty... put in for a trade mark on Mame,
got people kicked off ebay,

Mame Devs stepped in... Had closed door negotiations with Dave Foley

Dave Foley dropped Mame trademark.... MameDevs put in apt for TradeMark... Still do not have it yet

now MameDevs Kicking anything they see fit off ebay

all a real big pile of POO

Didn't Foley also try to extort money/"royalties" from people as well?

Yeah he tried to get people to pay him royalties for using the MAME name that he didn't even have rights to in the first place.
