Alright so WWE amazingly made a great show with charatcers other than their own. ECW One Night Only was by far one of the most entertaining pay per views of the year. I sincerely hope that Vince does the smart thing and bring ECW back full time.

Havent seen the show yet.. but hear it was awesome... will be ordering the replay.
If Vince can give us a real ECW on a full time basis im all for it, but if its a WWEesque ECW I dont wanna see it.

You should also ask me how I can do that horse manure. Tommy you are a nice guy but apparently you have never sat down and watched a good wrestling event. Thats like having someone out of nowhere come on these boards and flame us for what we enjoy. If you dont have nothing nice to say, then dont pitch in. Wrestling fans only. ;D

I have sat down and watched wrestling, thats why i can say it's horse manure, sorry if my comment offended you , but watching a bunch of bad actors pretend to wrestle is a sad event.
Just my opinion, i see no reason not to comment when seeing something like this.

lol Well Tommy, you have been watching the wrong stuff. :)
If you ever get a chance to watch Ring of Honor or NWA TNA's X-Division I think you would be entertained. Its not for everyone. Its a matter of preference honestly and I know, as an independant professional wrestler, that its 100 times more real on the indy circuit than you see on TV.
If you are ever in Indiana on a weekend and wanna see what I mean, you let me know. ;) I'll sneak you in for free.

It's more fun to watch the real stuff like, UFC, PrideFC, King of the Cage. You get more blood too and they use some of the same moves.

Pesonally I just go out and hire one poor guy to punch his poor friends. And the best part is that no one cares - since the're not real people.

Watchoo mean 100 times more real? Why not have it be.....just.......real? WWE is so lame to watch, except for the scantily clad women. Women tearing eachother's clothes off is entertaining regardless of whether it's scripted.
WWE videogames can be great, though.

Good job thoroughly crapping on him for his enthusiasm.
I watched it last night, best PPV in quite a while. I miss the ECW bond with the audience. It was definitely a unique experience, being in an ECW crowd.

my uncle use to be one of the people who put the ring together for ECW... i not hate my uncle but that's besides the point.

im not a wrestling fan at all.. i liked it when i was like 10 for a while. But UFC is awesome, thats real fighting, real blood, its badass. I totally enjoy watching those

Ugh... I worked late and missed the replay last nite. DVD for the PPV will be released June 28th.. guess im waiting till then..

Damn good PPV other than the F'N censoring and the idiotic camera shots of JBL etc.'s reactions to the matches, who gives a crap!
BTW, I got to see an ECW reunion of sorts here at OVW a couple of months ago.
Tommy Dreamer and the Dudleys VS. Lance Storm and MNM (OK, not ECW, but Melina, DAMN!). Chairs, tables and Kindo sticks, oh my!
Tommy Dreamer has been here training wrestlers here for WWE for awhile and Lance Storm just left, Al Snow is here now.
Good time to be a KY hillbilly, free OVW/WWE every Weds. night in my hometown! ;D
Been going for over 5 years now, most newer WWE wrestlers have trained here at one time or another. Others come thru rehabbing from injuries or when there is no storyline for them. Good Times!

Well you were almost 100% right. MNM has one ECW alumnist. Joey Mercury was named (Joey) Matthews and was half of the York and Matthews ECW Generation tag team. ;)
I have had two try outs with OVW now. Both during the time frame that Rip Rogers was head instructor. ;) I need to make a trek down and watch their shows. I've yet to see one of their TV tapings.
