my monitor measurement is a little over 17 inches length and 22 inch width..so is this a 19 inch monitor or 20 inch monitor? i need to know this so i can buy a right bezel..thanks
-
anybody knows? ???

There's a 99% chance that it's a 19" monitor. It's a standard size for arcade machines. The only 20" monitors I've seen weren't actually arcade monitors.
-
Monitors, just like television sets are measured diagonally.
-
Are those measurement for the glass or do they include the mounts?
-
just the monitor...
-
Nevermind...
-
It's the diagonal measurement of the picture tube glass minus the mounting hardware.
-
Is it still in the cab? If so, take a picture of the thing. We can tell you just by looking at it.
What game is it in? What was the game originally?

Doing the trig to find the size of the monitor based on the number given in the first post, I came up with a number close to 28". I'm going to assume those number2 include mounts that make the dimensions larger. I'm going to call this a 25" monitor. Since we're not getting much input on the subject, I'm going to leave it at that...
You've PROBABLY got yourself a 25" monitor. That's a good thing.

A2 + B2 = C2.
A=17"
B=22"
A2 + B2 = 773
C = SQRT(773)
C = 27.8 " diagonal.

Yup, that's what I got. I just don't know where this guy is getting those numbers. I don't know what he's measuring.

i just measure diagonally, and i came up with a little over 25"..
-
Then that's what you've got...

Look at the sticker on the back of the picture tube glass for it's number. The first 3 characters are the tube size. Example: A63xxxxxxx=25" tube and A68xxxxxx=27" tube.
