A table saw will do this if it's a model with a tilting blade.
This is called a bevel cut.
Depending on the angle you want, you can also get a router bit, called a chamfer bit, at the correct angle and use that.
-
It depends on the piece of wood you want to cut. If it is only 4" or so you can use a "chop saw" or Mitre Saw like this
-
Or for pieces larger or wider than 4" You should use a table saw like tivogre suggested
they look like this. They range from $119 to $3000. And you get what you pay for. the $300-500 range should suit you fine for quality, accurate cuts. If you're not going to be building much more than your arcade cabinet, this option might be a bit much.
With patience and planning a circular saw can give you "good enough" results and save you alotta $ and space.

ooh! ooh!
If we're doing pictures, here's a chamfer bit:

see the above post (edited) for table saw price. You can get a decent circular saw for $80 (including blade)

I would strongly recommend this thread (if you haven't read much of it already)
http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,19049.0.html
there is MUCH to read there but take your time and you will learn VOLUMES!!!
I still go back to this thread from time to time when I realize something else i dont already know about
-
does the $80 circular saw have the bevel cutting? and what tool use this bit? (http://store1.yimg.com/I/tylertool_1847_36992211)
-
its a router that uses that bit ^
You "should" use a router to make the slot cut for your t-molding.
If an arcade is the only thing you'll be using all these tools for though, I would really suggest finding a friend with the tools who might like to help you out.
I cant stress enough the FAQ thread, I'm addicted to it ;D
-
Most circular saws ($80) have adjustable blades for both depth and angle (for bevel cuts)
-
WTF is "diagnal"?
:police: :P :police:
-
You mean I'm thew only one who uses his teeth? ???
-
Nope. I use a crack team of specially trained beavers.
