cabinet is mameable but it will take some work. the panel is metal with holes for two buttons and a 2,1/4" trackball.

That is one of the best cabinets for Mame EVER. The one I did came out really nice, I got a pinball machine for it.

The weight of the door+the size of the box would push the shipping to $30. Where do you live? I am too lazy to look up numbers and it's too f'n hot here to be hunched over a computer looking up numbers.

Well sorry I was not able to snap to your beckon call but when my employer calls me up on my day off to offer overtime which the extra money is needed. I will look after my family's needs first and formost. And to be honest with you it was boxed up and ready to ship but now screw it your little wining session is now someones gain.

Yeah ... he said he would check on Monday and it is just Tuesday (not like you were going to pay him to go to the post office to check shipping)... maybe something came up. Some of us (ok, maybe not me) have lives outside of this forum.
As for the Jamma harness, he said that somebody else might be taking it ... it's not like you were the first to respond (recall he posted on other boards) and, BTW ... post in the thread when you PM so people can see you are interested.
EdgeDamage is a solid seller -- try a PM or some patience.

Ok, first off I didn't ask for anything for free. Second off I did PM him and he never got back to me (I PM'ed him a few days ago) I really doubt that the coin door was seperated. Please go back and read the jamma thread. It was never stated if it sold, or was being held for someone or not. Im sure that edgedamage is a great trader /seller. Did I flame him? No. Did I ask for something for free? No again. Every other time i've bought something over internet boards, and I send a PM to the seller, he tells me if the item has been sold, or if its still avalible. There was no update on anything. It seemed like the jamma harness was turning into an auction instead of a sale. I didn't think I was whining, and I dont like the fact that everyone mobed to me. If I would've gotten 1 PM from him that would've been awesome. I made the post saying that I wasn't interested after this post by him on the jamma harness. "Sounds good to me buy a cheap connector with weak contacts and the voltage connectors start arcing and ruin your board. Sign me up!!!" I wondered why he could comment on this, but not comment on the jamma being on sale or not, and why he couldnt PM me letting me know what was going on. Again, I'm sorry if I sounded like I was whining. I'm not sure how this guy was doing me a favor. He posted items for sale, and I said I wanted to buy them. I hope you can all stop mobing me now. I could care less if anyone gets this for free. Good for them, I hope they actually get it. Doesnt seem like he was willing to ship to the states anyways. In a way, yes I was paying him, because I was going to buy his product. When I sell items over the boards, I expect to have to check on shipping prices, and I know I'll have to spend some time on the sale. Again, sorry for any confusion. One more thing, it's not the fact that you didnt know shipping prices, but the fact that I wasn't updated on anything. I dont expect you to drop everything your doing, but I do expect communication, which wasn't there.

no, no. Please no fight. That's what I dont want. Im trying to show my position on the situation. Like I said, I'm sure Edgedamage is a great seller, etc. I probably just got the short straw on this. I don't want to known as a whiner, or as someone who complains when there is a free item involved (Which there wasn't) I dont want people to think of him or I in a negitive way. I want people to understand where I'm coming from. We all understand where he is coming from (Got called into work for overtime, I would've done the same) As stated many times, the only probliem I have with this situation is, A. No communication, B. I feel like I got mobed by everyone, C. Edgedamage saying that I was whining and flamming me. I'm sure this was just a big misunderstanding, and I'll be very happy once it gets cleared up. Thank you for listening. (Oh, and if the jamma harness was sold, you should have updated the thread here.)

Wow I should not post anything after a 14hr shift and no sleep. What a f'in grouch I was. Anyway sorry for the lack of responces but I work in the film industry and when a director wants to view his dailies no matter what time it is our company does it. So I am on call 24hrs and low and behold I am back at work for what looks like another 12hrs. I went to the post office after I cooled down and because of the size of the box and the weight the post office gave me a quote of $35.00. And again sorry for my short fuse but with less than 5hrs of sleep I think anyone would be crabby.
