It's a JAMMA harness. They all pretty much look the same. Wires and a connector.

they're on sale it seems.. i bought a couple of them (they have a $15 minimum order though)

Never heard of this place before, but they have some nice prices on Wico knockoff leaf-switch joysticks (they're about half the price of what you find on eBay). Might pick up an isolation transformer too.
