I'm looking for little laptop right now for personal use. I need something in the $500 range (I know that's pretty cheap), DVD drive, Wi-Fi connectivity and, most importantly, something that can emulate (the reason I am asking on here).
Of course, I'm not expecting this thing to be the most powerful (not for that price), just enough to play NES, SNES, GBA and older arcade stuff.
So far, I have found this:

product.gsp?product_id=3163026
It seems too good for that price. Surely it lacks somewhere, right? Also, I don't suppose a 1.1 GHz is fast enough to play PSX, is it?
I really wish I knew more about laptops...
Thanks for the help!

for about $30 more you get double the memory spend the extra, you won't regret it.
For PSX I use the old cvgs, I have used it on much slower machines and It would run fine. Don't know much about current emulators tho' but you should be able to find each emu system specs, I'd start there.
Good Luck, ARCADIAC!

To anybody else looking for a laptop right now, there is a sale at Circuit City. I bought a great Acer (3002LCi) for $550!
