Title: Ken Layton...help with an unknown monitor, please
Post by: Raven.. on June 06, 2005, 01:06:31 am
Ok, so I ended up with a monitor and am not sure if the chassis is correct.  The chasis is a Ceronix XX-93-E.  The tube is an RCA model number A48AAB36X501.  I found similar numbers on te Ceronix site, but not that one.  THe torn label on the frame says (I think) USGames P/N 93-002.

I hooked it up a while back and when I powered up, it tripped my ground fault breaker.  Haven't messed with it since, but found it in my shed this weekend and got curious.

Thanks!

Primarily, 99% of the time, Ceronix monitors are used exclusively in gambling (video slot or video poker) machines. Randy Fromm has some troubleshooting/schematics/manuals on his slot machine section of his site. I have compiled some service information (written in Microsoft Works format) that I could email you, just shoot me an email at KLayton888@aol.com and I'll email it to you.
