That cover is likely part of the case, not part of the switch. This is probably something you'll have to construct...

Closest I have seen are these:

but they are not momentary.

but they are not momentary.
But it looks like you could remove the toggle switch (by unscrewing it) and replace it with something else like the momentary push switches from Radio Shack
EDIT:
-
yeah but that 4.99 item exudes cheap switch.

Do a search for nitrous switch.
Here's a cool one:

Thanks for the help guys, I will probably pic up that radio shack one just since i will have to replace the switch anyway with a momentary one. All this switch is for is for easy access to turn the PC on and off but i didnt want to inadvertently hit it.

Something like this might be what you're looking for as far as a switch, but as far as the acrylic housing goes, you might have to make that yourself. It really shouldnt be that hard. All you'd need is a small piece of lexan, a dremel, some silicone or clear epoxy, and a piano hinge.

I'll keep my eye out for anything that looks more liek what you need.

Well i decided to go with the Carbon Fiber looking one that was linked to on eBay ( I found it at AutoZone) I just got done cutting the board down into managable pieces today so if I have any other questions I will be sure to let you know.
Thanks
