Title: Help with 2 games before friends come over!

I have two question's, maybe there easy but I searched and could not find an answer.  On NBA Jam when I go to play 2player I only can seem to get each player on 1 team.  Is there away to have both players as opponents and each player have one CPU player.  The other question involves Smash TV, how does one set that game up to play, with only one joystick, do you just remap the controls?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am showing off the Cab tomorrow.

For NBA Jam, remap player 2's controls to player 3.  I.e. if player 2 up = r and player 3 up = u, make player 2 up = u and player 3 up= r. 

Smash TV uses two joysticks so unless u have buttons that u can remap as the 2nd joystick ur out of luck.  If so, its just go into the player controls thru the TAB menu and reconfiguring the controls.
