Title: The Crystal of Kings in MAME?
Post by: NoBonus on June 03, 2005, 12:55:24 pm: Does The Crystal of Kings work in MAME v.96? The gamelist says it does, but is this one of those games I will need the world's fastest computer to run properly (like Mortal Kombat, etc)?

Post by: NoBonus on June 03, 2005, 02:11:30 pm: It's some sort of newer Neo-Geo or Crystal game. If you google search by title, you can find some screenshots. I looked in the KLOV to, but found nothing.

Just look at the source, the other game is Evolution Soccer.

hehe, some games do exist in KLOV but it actually don't exist for real. Look up Pink Floyd

Post by: Lilwolf on June 03, 2005, 03:32:52 pm: Works on my 2.4 ghz... and I believe my 2ghz machine (don't remember if I ever played it on my cab or my dev box... but it defineatly works on a 2.4+

btw, there is a crystal emulator that only runs that game and the other one. It will give you a little extra speed I would guess..

Post by: Goz on June 04, 2005, 03:17:00 pm: I played this game through to the end last night in MAME v97 and have to admit it was pretty fun! Its playable on my 2.4Ghz Celeron. Very Golden Axe-ish in play.
