Check out my post in the Arcade Miscellaneous (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,37215.msg330697.html#msg330697) forum. I know there are some for Cingular customers.  I don't quite understand compatibility issues with cell phones.  You wouldn't happen to know how to upload ringtones, wallpapers, programs, etc. from a PC to a cell phone with a USB port, would you?

What model of Nokia is it? eeMame (http://www.harmonicode.com/EEMame/) works on almost any Nokia that's running a Symbian operating system.

Yeah, but it's so slow that it isn't really playable. Even Galaga & Dig Dug were too slow  IMO.

Depends on what phone you're using. With my N-Gage you can either take out the MMC card and stick it in a card reader (easiest) and then drag files to like any other removable media, or wirelessly via bluetooth which is a PITA to set up, but pretty convenient once you have it working.

My only experience with games on mobile phones is that they are unresponsive. Anything that requires fast reflexes is a waste of time. Phones aren't good for much more than card games or reversi IMO.

and USB cable..

If it's an original N-Gage you do have the option of plugging it in directly via USB. The QD, which is what I have, lacks this feature.

Some phones allow direct uploading via USB. Try looking around for the cable on the developer's portion of your phone maker's web site. I also know that some do not allow direct linking, such as Samsung.

Phones can often be unresponsive feeling because they do not allow more than one button to be pressed at a single time.

Anybody know of some good java based cell phone emus? I have yet to find any.
