Title: Site for windows service packs...

A while back someone posted a link to a site with CD images containing full patches/updates for win98SE and other OS's to avoid using microsoft's windows update garbage.  I can't for the life of me find the link (or thread).  Does anyone know the site?

Nevermind found it... and it wasn't a CD image, it was an unofficial service pack...
