Title: WANTED: Street Fighter I NOS side art
Post by: warmeister on May 28, 2005, 07:52:43 pm
Does anyone know where to find the the side art for the original Street Fighter six button layout?  I have looked high and low on the net to no avail.  A link or name would really help! ???

Do you mean the decals for the button layout?

If so, check Ebay

Also check classicarcadegrafix.com (http://classicarcadegrafix.com)

Thanks for the response!  I'm looking for the sideart,

not the control panel overlay.  I checked classicarcadegrafix.com, but didn't find it. I did, however, find a New Old Stock control panel overlay and bezel on eBay.

There are two different cabinets.  The 2 button is larger and the 6 button config is smaller.  I'm not sure if there are two differnet sizes of sideart.  If they're the same, maybe the 2 button can be trimmed?  If anyone has any info, it would really help me out.  Thanks again, guys!!! Erik

The 2 button cabs are dedicated units with the (hydraulic buttons)?

The 6 button models are the kits to convert other games into street fighter.

No, there were original 6 button cabs.  The pcbs are different in the 2 and 6.  Hydraulic hoses connected directly to the board in a special port that isn't present on the 6.
