Title: Problem With List Generation In Mamewah Help!

Hi all

I have attempted to generate the main games list in mamewah for mame. However it stayed on the same number as before the generation started.

Have had a look in the documents but is does not specific how to sort this problem out. I have copied the log below it suggests that the list if full.

Any help is welcome

Hi Guys

I think that it may have something to do with the fact I have a main rom list (which you need) and I also have a filtered list which displays clones only if better than parent.

I think it may because these two lists together make up the amount of complete roms available to mame.

How can I rectify this problem?

Hopefully someone has an idea as to what is causing this I have been trying to fix it all day but to no avail.

  i had this problem too. i think i regenrated the list again and it worked

Not mentioning that you downloaded the games might get you more help.

Have you thought that the games may not be compatible with what ever version of mame you are using?

I am using the latest version of mame 0.96 do you think that this is the problem? I am sorry about the roms have now removed that comment.

Go grab clrmame & verify all your roms against mame 0.96. If all the roms pass clrmame's tests. Then post back here & we will see what we can do

Have started another thread about that, I downloaded and ran ClrMame against all my roms and pretty much ALL of the folders are missing files. However apart from the odd one or two and of course the ones that do not run anyway, not all of folders can be missing files surely!

Please help as I do not no why ClrMame is suggesting that my folders are missing files and subsequently may not work!

Please help.
