Well having the JAMMA stuff could effect the re-sell value. It will honestly depend on who you'd sell it to. A collector would most likely care and it wouldn't be worth as much to them without the original parts. Someone who just wants a Centipede (like all the home buyers you see at auction) probably wouldn't care and frankly, the wouldn't know the difference anyway. I personally like to keep my stuff mostly original. I have a DK I wired up with JAMMA and run it using an original DK pcb with JAMMA adaptor. It's honestly my least favorite cab right now and that's probably because it's not only a Popeye conversion, but it's not even using the orignal wiring. So essentially it all depends on who you sell to. I also keep my games' side art original unless it's really trahsed or totally gone. They're like battle scars.  ;)

Since the wiring is horked, and you apparently have no board, then I just suggest getting the trackball Multigame PCB from arcadeshop. Oops, looks like the discontinued it and rolled it into the programmable Multi-PCB. Either way, that will get you Centipede, Millipede, Crystal Castles, Arkanoid (and apparently, Missle Command and Super Breakout), and it will be more reliable than an original board.

i have the centipede pcb - i am just missing the AR2 board and the original wiring loom has been hacked up

wouldnt mind getting one of those multi pcbs anyway for another project that will be coming up soon

Crystal Castles is also horizontal.

It just stretches them to vert, they look fine that way. Missile Command actually plays a bit better as a vertical game.
