Title: WWF Mania - Runs ok?

God day folks at Arcadecontrols!

I just tested the game WWF Mania, with not so much of luck. The computer just doesnt seem fast enough, the sound is choppy and the game is laggy.

Im running a AMD 1800XP, 512 DDR and an ATI Radeon 9800 (last shouldn't matter).

Is it something with my settings or do you guys get the same result?


Remeber i played the PC(?) version of this many years ago, worked like hell then.

I read on another message board that on the latest mame releases something messed it up and the game has been running sluggishly...

When builing my cab i changed the MAME version to somewhat newer, works like a charm now. WWF ROCKS!
