I have 8 or 9 old dreamcast discs in a drawer. Can anyone tell me how to make ISO's from them?
Thanks for any help.

Make a copy with NERO or some other disk copier. I dont know if they have protection or anything, but anything that can copy raw disks. When you select a location or something, tell it to save to an ISO file.

Have you tried this with Dreamcast Discs?

You need extra hardware to rip Dreamcast ISO's because they're not standard CD-ROMs. They're a kind of hybrid that Sega developed called GD-Roms and they hold more data than a standard CD-ROM; this data is stored in areas of the disc that are inaccessible by standaed CD drives. I think you need one of those rare Dreamcast network adapters to be able to rip them.

JoyMonkey is correct.. you can't just rip a game like any other game on CD/DVD.
As simple as it is to run a backed up game on Dreamcast, its a bit** to rip an ISO
