I don't know where, but I'm pretty sure I've seen posts mentioning that repro gears are available.

um, isn't that the internal, small, y-axis gear?  thanks for posting since one of my yokes needs a replacement, but i think armax is after the large, rear, x-axis gear.

Yeah, I need the larger gear.  It's not as bad as the ebay posting but it's missing over half the teeth.

Is it possible to cut one out of something like lexan, or is it just too hard to get right?

We need to see if Gamecab's yoke's use similar gears and if he's gonna sell parts separatly

...don't they sell plastic molding kits at stores like Michaels Arts and Crafts?....I would think this isn't that much of an impossible mission?.....

That's what I did, on the ONE auction that didn't get posted here.
Somehow it lasted for 5 hours, with a Buy It Now price of $34.99.  ;D
