This isnt' a PCMCIA card... it's compact flash. You can get a PCMCIA adapter for it, or it might even come with one, but it isn't required to function.
You can use this in a desktop PC as long as you have a CompactFlash slot, either onboard or as a reader.
The wireless I'm not 100% sure about, but the card itself will certainly work. And I have no reason to think why the wireless wouldn't as well.

Well you can interface a CompactFlash card in 3 ways.
You might have a USB card reader. You might have an IDE converter, or you might have a PCMCIA card reader.
The wireless is what I'm wondering about, too. Getting that thing to read would be a snap. But the wireless? That's something else entirely.
