Title: FS Arcade marquees for ONLY $976 on ebay!

Check out ebay right now and do a search for "arcade marquees". Someone is actually trying to get $1201.66 Canadian (about $976 U.S.) for each used marquee!

Am I missing something?

That thing better be so dang new and shiny looking it could blind you from a mile away. I wouldn't pay that much if it included a mint condition cab with it.

I just have a hard time believing anyone would bother to post auctions at that price.

It would be like charging $50 for a #2 pencil.

Post by: MonitorGuru on May 18, 2005, 11:44:47 pm: I bet it's fee advoidance. Seen a lot of it lately during their specials. I think they had 10 cent listing day yesterday and last week too. People list a lot of empty/fake listings then go back and edit them to be what they are really selling a few days later. Saves a lot of money but is against eBay rules.

I have a Street Fighter II Champion Edition Marquee that just came out of a cab I bought. It looks like it was handmade (it's actually vinyl on plexi) and the edge cuts are horrible. It is laying on the floor of my shop. It is in REALLY GOOD condition, with the exception of the 8 times I stepped on it today and scratched it around on the concrete. I'm only asking $475.00, HALF PRICE!

You guys better jump on this train before it leaves the station or it goes in the trash!
