Title: Using MAME command: "NOT"

Hey guys.
I stumbled upon this by accident while programming
keys one time....

The 'not' command.

How is the best way to get this to show up when
setting the controls in MAME?

press the key twice (quickly)

choose the one you wnat to changed, hit enter assinged the right key first then the not.
ex:

UP = UP not LEFT
press UP then LEFT twice
