Thought I'd pass this one along from the local paper.
"Atari: vinage sit-down arcade machine, very good cond, $125/bo. 612-462-3855"
I saw the "very good cond" and thought maybe one of you'd like a chance at it.

Dang... I am 225 miles away with no vehicle capable of transporting.
So, any bets.... if it's a cockpit, is it a PP or a SW? Or just a plain old cocktail?
-
You can call on it. If it's something you *really* want I can handle the pickup and temp storage.
But then again.... it's prolly not worth it...... but then again.... it could be one of them sit down Star Wars that are worth tons..... ;)

F-1 Grand Prix.
He's on-duty right now though (best to call evenings). :police:
Anyone have a pic of this? I love the game but would have to have the girlfriend buy it. She said no. >:(
-
Anyone want to transport it to Seattle for free???
Didn't think so. Oh well, I'll keep scouring craigslist...
-
Actually, I almost could have :o. I just turned down a job out there where they would have paid moving expenses (Beacon Hill LRT Tunnel). Just goes to show that it never hurts to ask.

F-1 Grand Prix.
Seriously? F1 Grand Prix is not an Atari game is it? Or did he just say Atari as in "Kleenex"?
Dang... I'm up in Fargo and $125 for an open cockpit is tempting, even though it'd have to stay in the garage a while :(
-
Probably a cocktail game guys!!!

If it's F1 Gran Prix, it has to be an open cockpit doesn't it?

I'm sorry, I misread the thread, I thought Crazy Cooter was just offering his guess of what it was.

Here's another local MN one:
Arcade machine, works, $250, 952-393-7299
::) Looks like they're trying not to spend much on the ad itself. I can imagine their car for sale ad:
Car, works, $500, xxx-xxx-xxxx
-
I talked to the second guy and I think he's going to buy the first one. :)
The second one is The Combatribes.
-
Combatribes? Bahh... where are all the somewhat good classics up here in the northland??? :(
Anyway, it beats the $1000 they want up in Fargo for games like Mr.Do, Arkanoid and similar conversions...
I built an arkanoid for under $50 in oak plywood and no more than $100 in additional parts including monitor, coin door circuit board and spinner...
