you need no more proof than this:

Ike is Kyle's little Canadian brother. Ike can only talk in baby talk, but is considered a genius and is in Kindergarden. Kyle is always kicking his little brother like a football, but deep down inside Kyle really loves his brother, and sticks up for him. He has a flapping head because he is canadian.

South Park always burns Canadians too :(  The one episode when they got Ike circumsized...the guy had to bring a smaller "tool" because Ike is Canadian.  Funny, but it was mean!

Sorry I dont know the words for the tool, the circumsize guy...etc
