Title: MS Sidewinder wheel settings?
Post by: Knievel on May 08, 2005, 02:01:19 pm
Playing around with a Sidewinder wheel I had laying around, not having much luck figuring out the settings.
Is anyone using one of these successfully with Mame and if so can you share some of your analog settings?
I'm itching for a decent game of Roadbasters.

Wanna buy a Roadblasters CP? ;D

The settings may be a little tricky since Roadblasters actually uses a 360 optical wheel that is mechanically restricted to about 190 degrees of travel. Not sure what impact that would have on the sensitivity settings though.

Thanks for the Roadblasters tip Dire, could be why I'm having trouble with that one.

So any more tips on this before I start a 'best PC wheel/pedal setup for Mame?' thread? This one ain't cutting it so far...
