Anyone know who sells those stainless steel joysticks, are they any good, and do you they come in stainless steel buttons

IIRC, Randy has the replacement handles for joysticks, or else I'm reading it wrong and he's sending out the entire joystick assembly with a stainless handle swapped out.  Check out his site, you'll see how to contact him.

oh ok I found it on his site. So will this work on a random arcade game I am not to sure either.

SlikStik also make them to fit several different types of joystick base (or you can buy the complete joystick from them):
