Title: Horizontal scrolling line problem

Hi,

I'm running a hanterex polo monitor with an arcadevga. When playing some games, a horizonal line scrolls up the screen. Its hard to describe it. Its like the picture is distorted on a 1mm think line which runs up the screen. Any ideas guys?
