Hello All,
Have any of you had problems getting in touch with Slikstik for support? They shipped me a Quad that was very poorly packaged, which resulted in some damage. They emailed me after a week, and said they would ship a UPS label to me, and that was a week and a half ago.
I have emailed them since 3 times, and gotten no response?!

Well, I was curious if anyone else has had good luck with the support... maybe there is a phone number I can call that I can't find on the website, maybe there is a different email besides "info@slikstik.com"... you know, things like that.. :)

SlikStik customer support is poor and slow. I am thankful for their products when the do arrive however. Here is another thread concerning their support. (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,36206.0.html)

SHIPPING: Panels and Cabinets and Combos ship in 3-4 weeks from order date. Parts and spinners ship in 2-3 days from order date. When we ship we will email tracking info to the email address that was given at time of order.
