Nice work! No spinner, eh?
-
thats why l have left that gap up the top near the J-stick.
Do you guys reakon l need it??
seriously how many games would l use it for?
Could l go without it?
-
I hate to say this as your panel is all done, is it me or do the buttons seem too far away from eachother? :-X
-
l dont know but it feels comfortable to me. How far in millimeters do they have to be??
-
If you are comfortable with it, I wouldn't worry. However, I agree with Tommy. I like my buttons a little closer together too.
As for spinner games, if you can get by without Tempest, Tron, Omega Race, Arkanoid and other paddle games, and many driving games, you'll be fine. I am probably missing some biggies though.

Depends on the size of your hands I suppose. I like mine as close as possible but someone with big hands might find my layout too cramped.
-
l've got huge hands, dont worry about that.
-
what spinner do you think l could find in Australia, cos l dont want to buy from offshore?
Help all you Aussie mamers!

I know Ozstick can't help you regardless of what the web page says. I spent a fortune with him when I purchased a LOT of components and then after going back he offered little to no support in sourcing a spinner.
I also made the decision not to purchase outside of Australia but with the growing dismal customer service this country has to offer the desire is shrinking.
I am seriously considering placing a Happs order. PM me if you are keen and we can share some freight.
You always have the option to make your own? There are a couple of good tutorials around.
