Those particular stencils were not actually created by me, otherwise I could vouch for them. It's not tough to scale in illustrator, however.

On thing that I've noticed over the years is that a number of different stencils were used... minor differences between them. Depends on which cab you're talking about, but I've seen a few different versions of the joust cab art.
