My Universal joystick came today, but I'm having some confusion about it, namely switching it to 4-way mode. I loosened the screws on the bottom of the gear and twisted it into the 4 way position. However, the articulator is still able to press two switches at once, which will register as a diagonal! So what am I supposed to do to keep the articulator from pressing diagonals? Do I need to buy a special 4-way articulator, or am I supposed to do something with the one it came with?
Also, I can't figure out how to unscrew the base from the top! That could be a problem when it's time to install it. Is there a trick to it, or am I just not applying enough force?

I just got one the other day and it does the same thing. I haven't mounted it yet, but I don't think it will actually effect gameplay. When you're actually playing how long do you think it will actualy be on that spot. I also don't notice it when I move from up to left. Only when I tr to hit that spot.
This is also the ulimarc E-Stick if anyone has one actually installed.
