Title: Programming an IPac Problem (or is it?)

I'm going through and assigning all of my buttons on my panel
today.


running into an issue.

In the WinIPAC program, (in the 'chart' mode)
I've programmed PLY3, BUTTON 5 to act as the 'P' key.

Yet, when I press the button and test it while
WinIPAC is still running,  I cannot
get that box to highlight....

If I go into notepad, it flashes the message on the screen:

Forget it.
After 2 hours of beatin my head against a wall, reprogramming,
rewiring some things, I kept coming up with the same thing...

Then I thought... what If I shut down the PC and unplug the IPAC..

IT WORKED.. all my settings were 'permenant' after the PC
came back up...
that was weird.....
