Title: funny posters for the office...can anyone make these look nice??

i dont know if anyone has seen the little pictures in an office environment in someones desk where it has a picture of a mountain side or something, and then one word underneath it like "teamwork" and then a little saying thats supposed to inspire you....but the link i have above plays off those and you can see the different ones they have by clicking, and then you can zoom on them. 

so i zoomed in and printed them off in black and white, and it would be cool to get a decent resolution so i could print it off on a color printer.  i know i could buy them but for $15.99!!!  craziness.  so can anyone take those pics and make them look halfway decent so i can print them off?  it doesnt have to be a huge pic or anything, but just enough so it doesnt look like crap.
