Atari - Part 3
-
Is it just me, or are the games shown on the screen wrong?
-
seeing as how I have both games for the 2600 .....
-
Hmmm, I KNEW Defender was way wrong, and carefully examining the Pac-Man 5200 screen shows that it is the right maze, but someone redrew it and the scoring is wrong. Their redraw made the maze look sharper/more high res than it really way, and made the ghosts look rounder and better.

Here they are with the RIGHT games on the screens.
-
Back in those days the "screenshots" on the back of the box and in advertisements were usually hand-drawn.

Nice Job!

Dude, every person here should know why you can't take a picture of a TV screen.
-
you know what, for a second i was like, "why's that?". ::)
-
Yeah, I can't believe that no one has figured out a way to beat that copy protection scheme built into the TV sets and implemented by the camera companies.
