Title: Anybody have any experience with the Wei-Ya 25/27" chassis?
Post by: AceTKK on April 25, 2005, 03:46:13 pm
I have a 27" tube that I'm looking to convert to an arcade monitor with either the 8-liner or Wei-Ya replacement chassis.  I've been able to find some good info. about the 8-liner model but there seems to be a lack of information about the Wei-Ya chassis.  I believe the model# I'm looking at is 826H (I'll have to call to confirm this).  I saw one post that had a brief snippet about this chassis but it was tested on an oddly-shaped tube with less than satisfactory results.  Has anybody tried the 27" replacement chassi from Wei-Ya?  How did it work out?

Thanks,

-Ace-
