Title: Anyone able to use the Adv CD options
Post by: delta88 on April 24, 2005, 01:35:08 pm
Has anyone ever got the advaceCD option Makepart to boot after it has formatted the HD and copied the files over?

I did everything by the book and no go.. says im missing files...

Sounds like the advanceCd .bat file is missing something and or there is a file missing from the distro to make it work.

thx

Check out Easy MAMECab (http://easymamecab.mameworld.net/html/lxadvadv.htm)...

It's rough finding good information about the Advance stuff on the web, but I know some good stuff is on that site.

Almost but no, that is all about advanceMmae and menu. I am trying to get the advanceCd partion to a HD to boot. but it Says that I am missing files which leads me to beleive that the distro is missing them cause I did it all by the book with no luck.

The error I get when I try to boot is:

InitDiskBad or missing command Interpreter: command.com /P /E:256
Enter the full shell command line:

I don't know but more about ADV CD but once  you run bat file for Formating  1 Harddisk partion to  copy Adv stuff in it.
I think ADV CD format that partition and make it a Linux Partion so you can not see it windows.
