Title: vertiwah - how do you get transparent text box background?
Post by: Crazy Cooter on April 21, 2005, 05:31:52 pm
I'm playing with vertiWAH for the first time and can't figure out how to get rid of the colored background for the game list box.

Is there a certain color that acts as transparent or something?

Nope. The list can't be transparent, unfortunately. TBH, VertiWAH (and I made it so I can say this) sort of...sucks. I'm not even using it anymore. I've already built myself a new frontend similar to GameLauncher with a few extra features and I'm satisfied with that.

But of course, if you want to use it, be my guest. If you dont, that's perfectly fine too (What do I care? It's your machine  :P). If you want the new frontend I built, though, just give me a PM and I'll send it over. I'm probably going to release it in a few days once I get around to perfecting it and getting some good screenshots of it.

Aw nuts... I mean... aw nuts.

I only need something simple.  A list and the associated screenshot for about two dozen games.  It's for a 90mhz computer (vantage).  I might have to do something drastic and learn a piece of code or two. ;)
