Title: Have Suzo taken over Happ USA??

After emaling suzo to ask for a Happ catalogue they told me that they wont send me one or do buisness with me unless I spend over

Order from Bob Roberts or one of the other Happ resellers, most of them are cheaper than Happ's is anyway. In 5 years of doing this I have never ordered a single thing directly from Happ's.

Thanks for the tip pageoliver. Do they carry or can they obtain all of Happs stock? I ask because I am after some obscure parts such as button bezels, blue coin rejects etc.

The Happ catalog I have states a $25 minimum order policy.

Yeah, Happ wont accept an order from the UK tho, they send the order straight to Suzo who wont accept anything under

Yes, Suzo bought Happs (http://www.happcontrols.com/amusement/press_releases/suzo_happ.htm) near the beginning of this year.  (News at Suzo's site (http://www.suzo.com/suzo/pressrelease.asp), part way down page.)

Basically, now "Happs" is the brand name that sells in USA, "Suzo" is the brand name that sells in europe/UK.  Happs had a europe/UK sales before the merger, but that was closed/combined with Suzo taking over to save money, stop competing within the same company, and reduce redundancy. 

They are supposed to be the same, but I bet they're still merging so they probably don't have every single thing in stock as each other (you should be able to buy everything the other sells, just might have to wait until it gets in stock though).  That's my guess.

Send a message to ponyboy, I think he can get most of their stuff.

Thanks pageoliver but I have already tried him. He could get the buttons as a whole but not the bezels on there own, plus there was a couple of other things I wanted that he couldnt supply.

Its OK tho, ive asked one of my US buds of the board and he is gonna buy it and then send it on to me.  :D
