Title: Arcade monitor - randomly shutting off

I have an MVS, at random times the monitor just turns off. Sometimes it comes back on in a couple seconds. Sometimes you have to turn it off and leave it off for a while, then turn it back on. Is this a cap kit issue, or something else. This is a 19 inch WG, don't recall the model off the top of my head. I'll check it when I get home.

Yes, capkit and check the board for numerous bad solder joints.
