not 100% sure.
these came out after i got out of arcades. I think those are called candy cabs.

the cabinet is one of the plastic ABS Rock cabinets that CoinOpExpress used to sell, and yes it is a MAME job, that looks to be an I-Pac

Actually I am pretty sure those are ash trays.

I checked out CoinOpExpress.... but although they are similuar, not quite the same.
The cabinet has marking; Rocky Playtime II.

It is not a commonly imported model. Normally the importers only import the machines with the 25" and larger screens, while that one appears to have a monitor smaller than that.
None of that matters much, there is very little difference between the various Candy cabinets, they might LOOK different, but they tend to have the same guts and same joysticks/buttons.
