Apparently something strange is in the springtime air because we had 3 unannounced gatherings in the past 2 weekends. It finally occurred to me to snap some pics for posterity. :)
-
What is that little Simpsons game?
-S
-
This was after an "unlucky" (read: expensive) night at the dog track and gaming center.
-
First picture below: The Who Dunnit broke before anyone got to play it! As a result there were several 4 player games on the WCS'94. I had to sit out this round, in order to give the others a chance to play. (Ha - truthfully, I didn't win ANY of the 4 player games!)
Second picture below: Even some of the ladies were intrigued by the T&F. We later determined it is mostly a testosterone-driven game. :)

Man you got a real nice set-up for your gameroom.
Looks like alot of fun, thats what its all about buddy!
-
Might want to consider coasters (at the least) for those playing on your cocktail..... ;D

SaiNRub: Thanks! Yes, these gatherings when the games get some serious play are the best...
Daniel270: Ha! Na, they don't really need coasters. But, my gameroom IS terribly low on places to rest drinks though, so on my "list" is building a bunch of shelves and tiny tall tables to stick between the games (similar to Dave and Busters and other large gamerooms). Some of the games have NO good place to rest a drink, so they end up sitting on the floor or on the tilted glass of a pinball machine!

Seeing that Space Shuttle pinball machine makes me wish I had never sold mine :(. I still have the little sign that goes on top of it though :).
-
Looks like a fun party.
Suggestion for the next addition:
Another crowd pleaser is Stepmania. I added it to my Mame cab and whenever people gather at my house, all the want to do is play Stepmania and sing Karoke on my Xbox.
-
I'm drooling over the Track and Field Cocktail.......
And GGKoul what step pad did you get for your Stepmaina ?
-
I want to build a pad for StepMania too ;D GG, I wanna know which pad too. NICE PARTIES!
-
Nice set up.
I also own Space Shuttle Pinball. I love that thing.
I bit off the subject, but check out this guy's game room:

This is a set up only dreamed about in the innocence of youth.
I have not seen heaven, but this is close.
If this was Michael Jackson's house, I may have let him touch me circa '84. ;)
Hell, for the right price I'd probably let him touch me now. . .during the trial. . .in the courtroom. . .in front of the court's sketch artist. :)
-
Man, that just hurts too look at..... :P
-
Stepmania, hmmmm... I may have to look into that. I've never actually played any of those types of games before.
I still have a big list of games to add. I'd kinda like to get a bigscreen shooter, and I'd love a skeeball. I also have some more classics in the garage which I haven't integrated yet.
The Space Shuttle isn't actually mine, I'm just "storing" it for a buddy! :) He has a lot more games than he can fit in his current gameroom.
I hadn't seen Peter's gameroom in a while, but I remember it. Yeah, that gameroom is sweet! I love the carpet and 80's feel. Among our local pinball/gameroom club, which we have meetings each month, my gameroom is definitely one of the more modest ones. A few of them are just INSANE!!

Oh yeah, I remember your post a while back that you had bought a couple of empty mini cabs but didn't know what to do with them. Glad you found a good use for one, that's a really neat little machine you made there!

WOW. Carpet, checkered tile - TWO change machines - TWO rooms
That's the sickest game room I've seen yet. Does anyone have a link that might beat it?

A few of these are pretty sweet. Two of the guys have moved and enlarged / remodeled their gamerooms since the pictures on the site above. :) I have some pics of another (dedicated, second building) gameroom that isn't on the website yet.
Needless to say, I look forward to our meetings each month. ;)

Hey Wade
I just noticed you have a World Cup 98 pinball as well.
-
Sure, I'll let you know, and you can just fly on down! ;)
Maybe we should just meet up some time, so I can sell you all of my games. ;) I put a lot of work into the WCS'94, and it is a fun game and plays great, but I tend to think I will sell or trade it eventually. There are other games that just "grab" me more. Inevitably, I will get tired of any pin, and I can only afford so many of them. :)

Ok, so I'll fly down and take the VR twin and WCup94 pin home with me. Heck, while I'm there, I'll take the track and field cocktail off your hands too. :D
