I bought a happ-competion-stick but there is no way I can build the parts to one functioning stick.
The problem is that the white shaft (it's called 95-0199-10 on the design of

It's held under tension. Put it together the way the instructions show then push down on the top of the stick. There is enough "spring" in the handle to fit the E clip over if you push down on the top.

I have to mention that the square plastic at the bottem which pushes the microswithes it not stable. I mean it turns around a little while using the stick, so the degrees when hitting the diagonals does change while using the stick which can't be the purpose I think. Do I something wrong? (BTW I didn' t put it in my arcade-unit yet).

That plastic square does move a little, but it doesn't affect gameplay. You put it together correctly.
