Title: Help vectorize my artwork

I have some pictures that I'd like to have vectorized. I've never done this before, and I don't have the necessary software. Can anyone vectorize these for me?

I'm not sure if these are clean enough or at a high enough resolution. And I want the Super Mario items to be colored. Can this be done later with the proper software?

brands of the world has at least one of those vectored for you, just need to add the cape.
