Title: Overlay help needed.

I am interested in making a CP layout on my next cab.  I have the cp top cutout.  40" x 20" is the measurements.  I have seen some amazing overlays made with photoshop.  I have no clue how to use it.  I am looking to find someone who could make me a simple overlay design with the theme I want.  I made my last overlay without, and I don't want that to happen again.
