so this is my wiring for my dreamcast to arcade monitor:
--5v wire connected to 1ohm 25 watt resistor connected to ground. i guess it looks like this... 5v-----{resistor}-----ground. it's in the pic at the right side.
can resistors be installed backwards?
--12, N, 13 from jamma finger connected to RGB from DC vga monitor cable pins #1,2,3
--P (sync) from JF connected to hor and vert sync (twisted together) from monitor cable 13 & 14
--14 (ground) from JF connected to ground from monitor cable pin #10
how does a picture look on a computer monitor when it is running at 15khz, if it actually displays something?
thanks.

Resistors can be placed either way.

Where did you get those boards, did you actually buy them from the site listed on them? Im looking for some cheap boards and I heard they are like 2 bucks at most.
