Title: Config?

Just getting ready to build my cab and I started playing around again with mame32 (after a long time away from it).

I used to be able to press the tab button while in a game to bring up the config menu but now it doesn't seem to work.

Any thoughts?

When I press the button nothing happens. The ~ key works for the volume attinuation.

You need to check the std.ini file which is located in the ctrlr folder.  There should be a line in it at the top (below the chat) which is

UI_CONFIGURE            "KEYCODE_TAB"

This file contains the standard inputs for the games.  Type it in if it's different.  If it only happens in a few games then go into the cfg folder and delete the specific config files
