Looks like I might be about to get my wish....   the guy who sold me the cab I'm using for my project called this afternoon with the offer I've been waiting for....

a FULLY working Gyruss cab, including delivery....  $400

He's got it in his garage (currently nonworking but he's fixing it)... I'll have it in about a month....

Update on the Gyruss...

Talked to the guy I'm getting it from... he's been REALLY bogged down with work and hasn't had time yet to do any work on the machine.  Says he should either have it finished by Memorial Day, if not shortly after.  Also, he's got a Ms Pac he's working on and asked if either I might be interested in it or if I knew anyone else who was....   thinking hard on that one  ;D

Excellent on the Gyruss, i would like the Mspac cab if it was near me but too bad, enjoy.

I've seen one of the storage buildings this guy has....  nice little treasure trove, really.... he's got a Pac-Man, Galaga and TMNT cabs..... all 3 in nice shape, altho incomplete (missing boards and monitors in some).  He'll eventually fix them all up and probably resell them as working.

There are also other storage areas, but I have NO idea what else he might have....
